Kirk has been in the fabric structure, event and tent industries for over 25 years. Australian born, he has lived and worked in Europe, UK, Australia, Canada and the USA and has been heavily involved in countless projects all over the world including the Middle East and Asia. His vast experience includes temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent applications ranging from NFL practice facilities, tennis clubs, Olympics, large trade shows, major events, golf tournaments, remediation plants, casinos, and many more projects across an extensive array of industries and products.
For years Kirk worked on and lead installation crews and has also held many positions throughout his career from Project Manager, Operations Manager. Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manager, and President.
Kirk has spent the past 15 years living in the United States with his wonderful wife and 2 kids. He enjoys laughing and having fun with his family and good friends, along with traveling, golfing and skiing.

Dave Marstiller is an accomplished and versatile accountant and administrator with a broad background of accounting and financial experience encompassing over 38 years. He has served as Controller of Free State Management Group, LLC since February 2016 and was named Director Finance and Administration in July 2016.
Dave’s experience includes 5+ years with Era Helicopters, LLC where he served as the International Contracts & Administration Manager and International Controller. Additionally, Dave spent 8+ years as the Controller of a multi-national oilfield services company and 4+ years as Chief Administrative Officer and Controller for an event equipment and tent rental company.
Prior to those posts, Dave spent 16+ years at Marathon Oil Company in a variety of financial and accounting positions, seven of those years living in the Middle East. Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hillsdale College.
Dave is an avid bike rider and co-director of the Just Ride for a Just Cause charity bike ride that raises funds for the restoration of victims rescued from human trafficking. He is also a 7-year Team Captain for the MS150 bike ride for Multiple Sclerosis and an 18-year volunteer and member of the Houston Marathon Committee.
Dave lives in Houston, Texas where he and with his wonderful wife raised three children, all of them college graduates.
